There are approximately 15 days before Christmas as of writing. If you girls still haven’t bought anything for your guy friends, then these choices should be good enough:

1) Star Wars Moleskine

You can’t go wrong with Star Wars, unless your guy is a Trekkie. These babies are available in two designs: gold with trademark “scrolling intro text” and silver “hyperdrive” cover, with plain and ruled pages respectively. They also come in 2 sizes: large and pocket. I haven’t opened mine (yup, the notebooks in the photo are mine)..

These limited notebooks cost Php995 for pocket version and Php 1380 Php 1299 (as of Dec. 17) for the bigger one.

2) A simple, plain shirt. In your favorite brand and color. Shouldn’t be too hard, unless you want to wait until UNIQLO arrives next year. Good ones cost Php300 up.

3) Pocky.

Sorry girls, Pocky boxes don’t come with Ninomiya Kazunaris.

Lots and lots of Pocky. It comes in various flavors (almond, strawberry, and milk) and is available in big grocery stores. Be generous and buy him Php200-worth of Pocky, and he’ll remember you when he thinks of… chocolate on sticks.

4) “Frisbee.”

Whether your guy knows how to play disc or not, it’s a good gift idea. Why? If he knows how to play ultimate, he can teach you. If he doesn’t then you can learn it together. Summer’s coming up in a few months too…

Also, imagine you and him playing in the rain like this.

If these guys can get dirty during competitive play, you can, too, with your guy, who probably won't mind getting dirty with a girl, unless you do.
